We are hiring:
Job title: Secretary of Marketing office

Duties and responsibilities
- Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Organizes a calendar of marketing events, such as promotions, exhibitions, seminars, and workshops;
- Conducts market research and analyzes consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Employs marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).
- Updates spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Assists in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attends them to facilitate their success.
- Liaises and builds positive relationships with the university staff and external stakeholders.
- Composes and posts online content on the university’s website and social media accounts,
- Writes marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the universities’ presence in the market.
- Provides information and advice to applicants on Admissions from the first enquiry through to enrolment.
- Undertakes regular and timely follow-up to all enquiries, visits and applications to meet minimum response time.
- Acts as first and continual point of contact for prospective students and parents from enquiry through to the enrolment of students;
- Follow best practice Admissions procedure and engage in on-going development and training.
- Records and reports accurate and timely information on the university Information System.
- Additional tasks and projects assigned by the HR Officer or your supervisor.
Qualities and Skills Required
- Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as camera operator and prepare and set up equipment prior to filming, which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and leads and headphones
- Proven graphic designing experience and Photoshop
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Excellent knowledge social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and other social media best practices
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Information Technology or any other related degree
- At least 1 or more years of experience
