Qualifications and requirements

 

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting and Finance
• Receives and receipts a variety of payments and other cash and cash-related transactions; verifies and posts to appropriate accounts; issues receipts.
• Keeps accurate records for all daily transactions, and updates internal systems with financial data
• Investigates and resolves any out-of-balance problems.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Tracks bank deposits and payments and reconcile bank statements in a regular manner
• Participates in financial audits
• Assists with budget preparation
• Reviews and implement financial policies
• Maintains confidentiality of university and student records.
• Answers customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
• Assists customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
• Analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports. Maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit, loss & other financial activities within an organization.
• Additional tasks and projects assigned by the HR Officer or your supervisor
